Sadly, I can guess roughly what he is saying. I am unaware of the backstory, but someone (perhaps in the Department of Labor) must have questioned the recent jobs statistics and said, "they are overstated [by some #, probably something that has an 800 in it]. The Right must have jumped on this as proof that any positive stats coming out of the White House are false. I’d be surprised if that is not approximately correct. Ah, [here is something](https://www.rawstory.com/trump-jobs-conspiracy/) from Raw Story that might explain it a little. Although the cite is from August, so maybe not. (Or maybe … Trump is confused?) ---

Watch the audience behind him in this clip. They are all utterly bored, except possibly for the black garbage man, who nods at one point maybe in agreement or maybe falling asleep. Most of them are looking all around for some reason. ---
