He wants to put a manifestly unfit person with possible issues due to brain injury in charge of sone part of our national defense. As somebody who has consciously been careful _not_ to underestimate Trump (I hear ya’, @PhillyGuy ), Georgia is a critical swing state, so turning out the vote in GA could also be a strategy. I’ve said (mostly to my wife and to my dog) for months now that I think Trump doesn’t even believe a material chunk of what he says, and has no plans whatsoever to act on much of it, even if he _did_ win. I just think winning is the sole rationale for what he says and does. Because he wants so badly to stay out of prison. But both things can be true: he can be the ‘human’ equivalent of a great white shark, trying desperately to win this election, _and_ really be showing some ill effects of age and cognitive decline. It ain’t either/or. ---

Actually doing something could interfere with his executive time. Yes. What he says is the same type of bullshit he has be spewing his entire life.
