# Is Trump giving up?

In the unlikely event that this comes to pass, I suppose he’s welcome to piss away his time, reputation and whatever funds he can bilk out of his backers on a no-hope legal challenge.

Yeah. All the people who have hitched themselves to his wagon have every incentive to push him to keep on going, and the actual true believers will push for escalation since doubling down is a consistent pattern of theirs. And given Trump has a pathological hatred of being a “loser” he’ll be receptive to that.
