Now the government is appealing. Gonzales has nothing to do with this except that his name is on it. It’s been in the works. The quote is from the filing, and I can assure you that the A.G. does not personally review every word in any filing. He’s an administrator, not a practicing lawyer. So, in the years these people used this tea, was there a noticable harm to international cooperation in combating transnational narcotics trafficking? Shouldn’t the AG office have to demonstrate such harm, to initiate a ban? ---
