I hate to tell you this, but I’m in the United Kingdom and am experiencing the same events. I think this might be world wide, or at least the Northern Hemisphere. I’m stocking up on tinned beans as we speak. ---

How terrifying!! I’ve seen this too and the only answer is to go back inside and HIDE!!! Fortunately, the sky is reverting to its nice, comforting, soothing gray color today. ---

This happened to me in Leeds, UK around this time of year. There was a kind of mass panic around the university for an hour or so. Then the sky went back to its normal grey and sanity returned…well, at least as sane as Leeds University ever gets, what with ground floors of buildings marked “Level 8” and large graveyards tight up against dorm rooms. ---

They don’t seem interested in patches of light from lamps. ---
