Howdy all. Drive-by … I am off sick with acute sinusitis. Just had a CT scan done of my sinuses and the first of 3 antibiotic injections (into my left butt cheek, thankyouverymuch!). In more exciting news, I have accepted the offer from the new firm (with the 50% pay increase, annual return tickets to Oz for me, hubby and HRH, plus family health cover) and handed in my notice to the other lot! Too bad champagne and antibiotics don’t mix!!! {{{ **McUne and family** }}} Hey **LiLi**!! Did you pop yet??? Is **tnc** officially **Nathaniel** yet??? Okay, back to dealing with Teh Sick! ---

If we’re going for a road trip in **Spaz’s** new car, count me in! I’m here at work and the stratas are baking. In a little bit I’ve got to cut up a mountain of fruit. Later on I’ve got to deliver a lunch that is 56 MILES AWAY. I am delivering it because this is the guy who gets a special deal (but after today he won’t) and with the new driver pay plan I would have to pay someone $80.00 to deliver $99.00 worth of food. Nice arrangement, isn’t it? :dubious: My broadband connection isn’t working so I’m connected using my cell phone as a modem. Woo hoo for baby **Nat** (aka TinyNinjaChef)!!! And a big boy, too–over 8 lbs! Best wishes to the -entire- **Lisslar** Clan (including all the husbands and children …) 😃 And specially for **LiLi** , take it as easy as you can; c/section is major surgery, let yourself heal up. 🙂 Heh, I will comment that I was entirely too anxious about this; I’m not ready to be a grandma yet, ya think?! Oh yay! I’m so glad to hear about the baby’s arrival! _My_ 13-year-old baby leaves today with 174 other seventh graders on a school trip to Chicago. :eek: That has been my face since August when I found out about this thing. Yes, the temperature on Saturday is expected to be 6. That’s s-i-x-d-e-g-r-e-e-s, Missy! She is annoyed that I made her bring her “dorky” coat (a Lands End down model that she LOVED last year). :rolleyes: But … sniff … sniff … my baby’s goin’ away! ---

Well, that’s a relief. Sort of explains why we didn’t get the blow-by-blow of the birth. Poor **li-li’s** gonna be a hurtin pupppy for a few days. But YAY for Nathaniel! I’ll bet he’s the kee-utest lil ninja chef in the whole wide world! Good going **dotty**! Those other people don’t deserve you! It is dark, rainy and gloomy here this morning.
