I’ll go into more detail when I’m not going on 32 hours without sleep, but [The Turkey](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=310238) has arrived! Shayla Kathleen McLaughlin was born at 3:41 a.m. EST on Monday, 11/21/05. She weighes in at 7 lbs., 13 oz. and is 21.75" long. (If anyone wants to figure out who won the [baby pool](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=327788), be my guest. If not, I’ll figure it out in a few days) In the name of all that is disturbed in this world, geez louise I’m a father. :eek: Wow…good thing I previewed. Look closely at her little finger, guys. You will see **Hal** wrapped tightly around it. It doesn’t take long. One look at that little face, realizing that you remember what 16 year old boys are like, and you’ll start laying in the ammunition and building the moat. She’s lovely.
