In the first 30 min you get: 2 renditions of Also Sprach Zarathustra (one with ape bashing the bones), the famous jump cut of bone to shuttle; the velcro stewardess; the Blue Danube with rotating shuttle syncing with the space station. Not a bad haul; two of these had Simpsons parodies. All you miss is Hal’s death scene (“Dave…I can feel it…”) and Star Baby. Not worth the intervening 2 hours. ---
