I’ve been watching this channel lately called qubo, which markets itself as “a safe destination for children of all ages and their families” (It’s a long story as to why I am laying on the couch in my underwear at midnight, in the dark, by myself, watching such a channel) Anyway they have the most amazing commercials, for all these weird “new invention” toys, all with songs and over-acting kids. There’s the [Teddy Tank](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2QWxnYtboiA) (stuffed animal with a fish tank in its tummy), the [Ball Pet](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AmX6Ls5igM8) (a stuffed animal that folds into a ball - like the WUZZLES!!), some sort of sleeping bag you can wear (also a stuffed animal), something that glows…they are all amazing, each one. You guys are watching the wrong channels! 🙂 ---

Just off the top of my head right now, here is a list of non-health/disease commercials I’ve seen recently (just by brand name or topic): - Tide - Cheerios - Clorox - AT&T - Verizon - Meijer’s - Target - McDonald’s - Pier One - Kohl’s - K-Mart - endless class action lawsuits - Sharpie markers - Microsoft - Apple - insurance agencies (GEICO, State Farm, Nationwide, All State, Farmer’s) - Swiffer - Charmin - Bounty paper towels - Bud (light lime-arita :eek: :baaaarf: ) - Taco Bell - Angie’s List - Empire Carpet - Maybelline - L’Oreal - Gevalia coffee - Kids’ sun block - Bel Vida bar thingies - automobiles from basically any manufacturer And that’s without needing to take time to think. I could come up with a bunch more. ---

They’re so bizarre (they play them on the Hub, too). Don’t forget Stompeez, the slippers with animal faces in front whose mouth yawns open when you take a step! Or that unbreakable ball (I’ll admit I’m actually really curious about that one). Or the weird animal “friend” stuffed animal with stretchy arms and legs that you can attach to your feet and the toy … Moves like you, WITH you for some reason. 😕 ---

Oh! AND the fucking bizarre pillows and stuffed animals with LED lights inside that glow when you squeeze them, but glow in bizarre blobs instead of some all over even glow.
