March 20 was officially the first day of spring, but of course it rained and snowed at midnight of March 19 here in Metro DC. ---

Minus God damned 18 degrees this morning, or -26 if you factor in the wind chill. That’s it. I’m officially fed up with this winter. I can’t take this any more. ---

Funny as I am the opposite. You will never hear me complain about the cold as I figure I can always put more clothes on. The heat on the other hand I complain about all the time as soon as it is above about 27 or 28 degrees. There is only so much that I’m allowed to take off. Of course, I will complain bitterly about the amount of snow. I think we currently have about 6 times as much snow as normally still on the ground. Grrrr. ---

We got a solid 4 inches last night . I know because it all stuck on my car. Luckily it had been warm enough for long enough that none of it stuck to streets or sidewalks. But of course, I just washed the car last week and now I’m diving through big puddles. ---

Yeah it was too cold in November, but we had a couple of weeks in February that were much warmer than normal, and we’ve had less snow this month than we usually get. Boulder often gets more snow than we do. ---

I’m sorry I didn’t include my location. It used to appear on my posts, but now that I’m a Guest it doesn’t, and my anger about SNOW in the freaking SPRING made me forget. We got even MORE fucking snow last night in Pittsburgh. At least it didn’t stick to the roads. I am so fucking ready for this winter to be OVER. ---

27 degrees on Long Island at this moment. Friday when I was leaving work, a co-worker asked me what I was doing over the week end and I said, “Sacrificing small animals to the gods of winter so that they can finally be appeased.” It didn’t work and I offended a different co-worker to boot. ---
