**Not** Ghandi. Yet somehow, people here are constantly misspelling it. In the last 2 months alone, the guilty parties are: DieselCat Dmark Ellis Dee gonzomax jimmmy Johnny L.A. Kalhoun Loopydude mlees newcrasher Sage Rat tomndebb With the grand poobah booby prize to **elucidator** , who loves talking about the guy (4 different threads in the last 60 days) but never gets his name right. In total, more people spelled his name incorrectly than correctly in the same time frame. How hard can it be? It’s 6 freakin’ letters! Solzhenitsyn is another story, and even Wiesel or Walesa I can understand. But GANDHI ???\* So, for future reference, do me a favor and keep [this](http://www.lclark.edu/~campion/hist217/2-gandhi.jpg) on your desktop before I go on a very un-Gandhi-like killing spree. \*though props to **acsenray** for correcting two of those individuals listed above ---

It’s simple. “Gh” is a common English construction. We aren’t really used to seeing “Dh.” Pull your panties out. ---
