I’m sorry, but a sub-minority group of people with a sexual confusion issue that borders on schizophrenia aren’t allowed to just re-write the laws of nature, and people aren’t bigots or assholes for feeling _totally fucking creeped out_ by the entire situation, political correctness be damned. This is gross and horrible on many levels, and these people are mentally ill. ---

People who spend tens of thousands of dollars merely to produce a sprog of their own genetic material while passing over the opportunity to give a child a loving home and _raise children_ are selfish pricks IMHO. If you are incapable of having children, then adoption ought to be your first option. If you can’t get approved for adoption, perhaps you ought to reconsider having kids. Frankly, the gender bending the “father” is demonstrating would be enough for me to triple check “his” mental state before clearing the couple to adopt. ---

This issue made me so mad I immediately ran to my stove, put all four elements on “high” and pressed both palms and both nipples down until the searing of my own flesh made my eyes water up enough that I no longer had to look upon the horror… the horror… That didn’t last, though, so I followed up by smashing the oven door closed repeatedly on my fingers until the cracking of my bones drowned out the sound of my own chest-wracking sobs at the monstrous… uh… monstrosity that has clearly pushed aside humanity and allowed such a thing to occur. ---

Add me to the squicked club. Not because of moral issues or “eww! pregnant man” or any of that stuff, but because I can’t believe that hormone therapy for gender reassignment won’t interfere with the normal development of the kid. ---

Also, my general rule is, if it doesn’t impinge on anyone else’s rights, whatever floats your boat. Life is hard enough without other people trying to have a say in something that you can’t change about yourself, doesn’t hurt anyone else, and really isn’t anyone else’s business. (PS. If you _really_ want to be freaked out, look up castrati.) \*Excluding things like witchcraft and superpowers, and such. Though we’re pretty crafty creatures. Given enough time, who knows? ---

[/QUOTE] Even as a professional LGBT advocate, I tend to get the terminology for the various different types of gender expression mixed up a little, but I’m pretty sure “neuter” means expressing no gender at all, not actually removing one’s genitalia.
