Slowest. Day. Ever! I have done zip other than learn how to input tips for our phone ap…which I can’t do because I’m not authorized on our intranet…which can’t be dealt with until Tuesday because our IT guys that can “dealt” are in…you guessed it…New Yawk.
Sometimes we get let go early on Friday…but all of the muckety-mucks that can decide are in…you guessed it…New Yawk.
I think I came to [this](http://hmpg.net/) a few minutes ago.
Tonight will be Sublix for dinner. Imma thinking Boars Head Black Forest Smoked Turkey and Chipole Cheddar on Italian.

I think when I get home today I’m going to take a blackout nap. When I wake up, it will be dark, and I will have no idea what day it is. This seems like an awesome plan.

Talked with OYKW a little bit ago. He’s takin’ off irk in a few and will be here around fourish. I suggested early dindin and he’s all for it. Of course dindin will take all of twenty minutes to get ready. Really. I’m gettin’ a little hongry so this will be a good thing.
In the meantime I can enjoy this ice cold beerverage I just opened.

Same for me, but I’m OK with it - since I get no vacation days, I don’t get paid if I don’t work.
We’re going to Texas Roadhouse for supper with **FCD** ’s b-day coupon for a free appetizer. I’m thinking I’ll be ordering light today, especially since we get the freebie. I do like that they do the call-ahead seating, and they do it much better than those idiots at Longhorn. Plus I think Longhorn is over-priced. So anyway, them’s my dinner plans.
As for plans for the next couple of days, I’m going to try to finish planting the stuff my mom gave me - both days this weekend will be chilly, but no rain is forecast, so there’s that. Other than that, I’ll just wing it. \*\*FCD \*\*is going on bike rides on Sunday and Monday - he’s gonna freeze! Or not, since he’s got chaps now. Anyway, better he than me.

I had soup for N.O.L., chunky sirloin burger to be exact.
Then I fell asleep until some asshole calling from 0000000 called me and the vibration of the phone woke me. I cussed him out for waking me up, you know nothing good calls you from 0000000.
I rescheduled the truck for Tuesday because I feel ick today and I need to pet sit this weekend. I don’t know how long it will take to fix the truck.
**NURSE!** _Project Runway AllStars_ came on right after the _Project Runway_ finale. Last night was episode 3.
\*\*Drae \*\* that sounds like a good plan.
I don’t know what I’m having for dinner. I have another can of soup out there and some noodles alfredo in a pack. I never finished cleaning my room but just getting all the clothes up off the floor makes a big difference. I don’t know how long before Sah-dog pulls them all back out again. He just loves to lay in my dirty clothes. He never pulls the clean clothes out of the basket, which is lucky for him. I got my mail sorted and all the junk mail tossed, and the clean clothes are all put away.

Bo-hahn-glés made dinner tonight. I now have a biscuit to put apple butter on! 😃
I learned something today: the entrance to Bo-hahn-glés is directly across the street from the Holy Trader Joes. As in you cannot stop in the left lane to turn into one without blocking the entrance to the other. GREAT DECISION PLANNING PEOPLE! :smack: And of course, this is in the middle of the block so there is nary a turn light to be seen. It’s official: Holy Trader Joes is definitely the new Irritating Organic Grocery, beating out the Greenlife that is a Whole Foods right next door (which also had customers that stopped entire lanes of traffic waiting to turn into the entrance.)
But I have a biscuit, so I’m happy.

Stuffded with sirloin tips and rice. I ❤ Texas Roadhouse’s call-ahead seating. We were at our table within 2 minutes of checking in, going past lots of folks who just showed up for dinner. 😃

Well, RT won’t be home until tomorrow, but it sounds like he probably won’t get here until just about the time that I’m done for the day at my show, so it should all work out.
I setup tonight and worked on fixing a few odds and ends that had broken in transit. Now it’s just about time for bed.

Nothing quite like being awakened at 4AM on a Saturday by a yelping puppy. I was so comfy and soooooo wanting to sleep in. Dammit. But she’s peed and pooped and eaten and now she’s on the ottoman licking something. Thus beginneth my day. Dammit.
It’s below 30° out there. :eek: I didn’t know it was supposed to get that cold overnight. If I do any yardwork today, it’ll be lots later when things warm more. For now, I just want to go to bed. I wonder if the Higglet will go back to sleep??
Happy Saturday anyway. Dammit.

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’. _YAWN_ ‘Tis a chilly 45 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 70 for the day. Today is low country boil day which I am muchly lookin’ forward to because, well, YUM! I had sorta hoped we’d be able to dine al fresco but I think it may be a wee too chilly for that, thus we shall dine indoors.
OYKW is takin’ me out for N.O.L. at the good Chinese place. This is due in part to him wantin’ to spoil me a bit and the fact that there’s a coupon for ten bucks off. Hey, we can be romantic and pragmatic at the same time. 😃
I need to drag the plants in from the back porch. There are a few that need to be inside before we have temps at or below freezin’. I may go ahead and do that today as we will have temps below freezin’ around mid-week next week. They live in the dinin’ room durin’ Winter so’s they can have east facin’ sunlight especially in the mornin’. Two of 'em are in biiiiiiiiiiiiig pots and are a pain to move but I’ve had both of those for almost twenty-five years so it’s worth it I guess.
Now I need more caffiene and need to eat sump’n as rumbly tummy is complainin’. Maybe a pbj cause I want to be hongry for good Chinese and low country boil later.
