I have a feel good story that will earn me the envy of every person who has been to a supermarket.

I went shopping today and I got the only shopping trolley in existence that didn’t have a buggered wheel that causes you to swerve all over the aisles. I didn’t suddenly veer and splatter any pensioners. I got my shopping to the car without having a wrenched knee trying to keep the trolley on a straight path.

I was so happy I went and bought a $5 scratch it lottery ticket.

Sweet. I remember with fondness the day I taught a group of dudes the word “taint”.

It just keeps getting better.

When I was away, I kept mentioning a book that I wanted but couldn’t justify spending money on. Guess what my friend just sent me in the mail?

(It’s an awesome cookbook by one of Carly Simon’s friends.)
