Its November 1941: You Are In TOTAL Command of Operation Barbarossa-What To Do?

I’ve always wondered what the best plan would have been to take Stalingrad. The most obvious one would be to execute river crossings north and south, and completely surround the city, doing to the Russians what they eventually did to the Germans. The main issue would then (yeah, I’m a broken record on this) be whether they could keep their forces suppled on the east bank. Wikipedia also indicates that said east bank tends to be rather steep. I’m also not sure when the dam just north of the city was built-and whether the Germans could have blown such structures like the Brits did with their dam buster squadrons.
