Study says that they actually are a cause of sagging boobs, not a preventer. Going braless lets the body develop proper musculature to support them. Thank God for the French! Spread the word. ---

This seems unlikely. I’m sure most of us have seen pictures of third world women who don’t wear bras and “perky” is not the term that comes to mind. ---

I’m not setting the girls loose. They’re heavy enough that it hurts. I keep saying I’ll treat myself to one of those laser bra operations for my 40th birthday. ---

Not to mention the psychological discomfort. When I had an MRI, I had to remove my bra (metal clasps and underwire), and then return to the waiting room until it was my turn. I was very self-conscious the whole time, and I wasn’t even moving! ---

“A 7mm lift in their nipples each year they didn’t wear a bra” How was this measured? It seems more likely that the bottom of the boob sagged down more, so the nipple is relatively higher on the boob. Or was it measured from the shoulders? ---

Yay! I go without one 99% of the time already and I’m miserable when I’m forced into one. I think my breasts look just fine for a 43 year old woman, especially under clothes, but my oldest daughter acts like I’m shaming the family if I don’t wear one. ---
