Oh, boo hoo. I’m a pro athlete who get’s paid millions to play a childs game. My widdle arm hurts. I can’t play more than 11 innings. And fuck you. I’m a pro “athlete”. I’m going on strike. Give me what I want. Give me millions more money. Then theres Bud Selig. He rips my dear city apart demanding a stadium that’s going to end up costing $1/2 billion:eek: for a team that hasn’t been anywhere near the playoffs for 20 years. He’s fucking with several other teams in National Baseball, and tonight he helps screw Milwaukee out of an event that hasn’t been here for 27 years. Now he’s on television trying to justify it. While I can see Bob Brenly and Joe Torre getting a little worried about screwing up a pitcher’s arm that doesn’t play on his team, Bud Selig should be the one who tells them to go out and play. I’m sure those guys threw some complete games in high school, if no where else. Maybe Selig made the right decision, I don’t know. But I know that he shouldn’t have held up the game that long to discuss it in the middle of the 11th. But then again, what should I’ve expected from Bud? ---

They were worried about Padilla and Garcia pitching a 3rd inning, or a 4th??? These guys are starters, fer chrissakes. They could have brought in a posistion player to throw an inning. IMO, they cheated those that paid a hefty price to get into see that game. Fans want to see the game end as it’s supposed to, with somebody WINNING!!! What is this ‘I wanted everyone to get a chance to play’ crap??? The game isn’t for them. The millions of dollars are for them. The game is for the people who came out to see it. If a player has to ride the pine, so be it. ---
