The mentally unstable\* adult son of the upstairs neighbors tried to commit suicide-by-cop yesterday. County PD managed to talk him down and led him away in cuffs. I sure hope the parents get him the help that he needs rather than continue trying to manage him themselves.  
  
  
  
  
\*He has a history of seeing lights that aren’t there and has heard crying babies that don’t exist. I know this because he’s tried to get us involved in his delusions on multiple occasions.
