Or I am supposed to follow up on my order on the phone? But if that is the case then why not just use the phone from the start since it’s more natural? I always felt that if I ordered through the website, they may not get it the order and I would have to call to see what’s going on. Just doesn’t feel like you have real confirmation that your food is on the way. Also I feel like if it’s ordered online they may not be in a rush to get to it. ---

I order online at least once a week, and never had a problem. And no, I do not follow up with a phone call. ---

What like pizza places? Ordering online is the best thing ever. I don’t have to talk to someone, go through a whole list of misunderstandings, repeated “WHAT!?s,” and special requests when I can just fill out a form. ---

I really don’t see what you’re concerned about. Ordering online guarantees that the kitchen will receive your order in the exact way you placed it, without having to rely on the memory or hand-scrawled notes of the phone-answering-person as an intermediary. And it makes it a _lot_ easier to place a really complicated order. ---

I order food online several times a week. For the most part it’s fine, but now and then there are hiccups. We’ve learned by now what places are reliable. ---

An order is an order. If anything, there’s probably _more_ pressure to get an online order finished quickly, since there’s a timestamp on when it was placed and fast food management types _love_ anything that can be used to establish a speed-of-service metric. ---
