# It's Super Bowl 50!! What's Your Earliest Super Bowl You Remember Watching?

The Patriots actually scored first in that game. At that time it was the quickest score in a Super Bowl, 3-0 with 14:41 left in the 1st quarter. Alas, they would not score again until the game was all but over.

Off a fumble recovery too. Plus they had a couple of close plays early where they could have gone up 17-0 quick. Then they just seemed to get overwhelmed. I’d forgotten how competitive the game was for like 3 minutes.

Super Bowl XIII. My father was a Steelers fan, and me being 10 years old, went with the other team, Cowboys. I watched from the floor and moved a ball from side to side of the TV on who had the ball. Didn’t really know what was going on but it was fascinating to me.

He bought me a Cowboys hat the following season, and I’ve been a Cowboys fan ever since, for good and ill.
