I’m really disappointed there are no dancers in cockroach costumes on stage right now. ---

Is the audio badly out of synch at some points for everyone else or is it my local affiliate? And is that the worst set in Oscar history or what? ---

Godammit! No Persepolis–I was counting on that. That Happy Lil Working Song got on my last nerve. Gah-what if it wins. Glad to see La Vien en Rose win–the designer’s outfit was awful, though. I like Stewart’s delivery and demeanor so far. He may be as good as Billy Crystal at this. Good to see the old faces–Astaire, Grant, Loren etc. ---

Eh, I’m watching it for the first time in HD. I couldn’t believe it, but HD really does make everything better. Why isn’t Iorek in armor in that clip from The Golden Compass? ---

And the massive favorite (seriously, 1/16?!) wins Best Supporting Actor. This really would be better if I actually had money on the line. ---

God, more bad music coming now. No Daniel Radcliffe sitting up in bed? No Elijah Wood? Or were they just this year’s bad dreams? ---
No Daniel Radcliffe sitting up in bed? No Elijah Wood? Or were they just this year’s bad dreams?
Obviously, that was just a clip from the montage. If the writers had not come back, they would have run the whole thing. ---
