Ooh, lingonberry pie sounds nice! I shall have to check if our local Swedish meatball purveyors stock it next time I’m there. I normally just have the fries, milkshake and a veggie hotdog, as that’s right next to the exit, and after winding your way through the labyrinth, I feel like I earned it. Went down the allotment for a bit, but it’s too soggy for me to cut the grass, even if it’s not rained today- leastways, it is when I’m wearing my good jeans and irk boots, not the messy ones. Some guy showed up and tried to sell me hoss muck, for £50 for 10 bags. I’d expect the hoss included for that price! Last year, I got 3 bags for free. I shall have to ask the horsey rescue place what they do with theirs… Anyway, 'tis time for Sunday juggling club, which is running late today. I need to get there fairly promptly to be able to get in- and I’m not sure where I’ll be able to park, as it’s not in the normal place. ---

Howdy Y’all! Home and all deheathenated. In a little bit I shall grill up some hot dawgs for N.O.L. Slaw dawgs and chips comprise the menu today. Mostly because that’s easy and I’m to lazy to deal with anything more complicated, or that involves turnin’ on an oven. 😃 ---

Not much planned for today, it’s Colon Prep Sunday. About 80% of the people with sclerosing cholangitis also develop ulcerative cholitis, and the quacks want a looksee. I’s tahred of stuff in, up, down, and around bodily orifices not meant for them. I despise Jello, but I found peach and pineapple flavors, so they may be marginally tolerable. In other news, _The Walking Dead_ Season 5 starts tonight. I can watch it as broadcast between sprints to the dunny. 😃 ETA: To ward off problems like those with my liver biopsy, no blood pressure meds tonight until Tuesday morning, and half doses of insulin. I’ll be damned if I spend another 4 days in the horsepistol. ---

N.O.L. has been ingested. OYKW has gone to his place to do laundry and such. Plans are to meet up later for dindin. He has to irk tomorrow, poor thing. **BBBobbio** have fun with the colon clean out. ICK! Curious though. Why no BP meds until Tuesday? I assume the probe is tomorrow. Are you sayin’ no meds until you know the anesthesia wears off? ---

Happy Sunday! It’s chilly out and the sun is trying to get through. I’ve been a slug today, got up early and went back to sleep until 11. I need to get a new cell phone. This one is acting up too much lately. I’m not getting calls, sometimes I can’t make calls, it sticks when I’m texting, won’t hold a charge for long and needs a new charger. I love my Note 2 so I’m thinking about the Note 4 but I’m having a hard time justifying getting another smart phone when I irk from home and have a laptop. Then again, being able to download, sign, and send documents from my phone is very convenient. I’m ready to go home but Sah-son has a friend who is supposed to come by today so we’ll wait. As long as I am home in time for furnace people tomorrow. **FCM** I have been freezing too, I can’t get warm. Then I woke up in the middle of the night last night burning up. Didn’t last long until I was freezing again. Hope every thing goes well for you **BBBobbio** I’m watching the _Soap_ marathon today. Peter just got murdered. ---

We went to the bike fest - in the car, not on the bike - then had lunch in Dahlgren. \*\*FCD \*\*is going to do a tshirt for our baby girl and he just headed down to his paint booth. I’ll do some scanning. I was on the phone with an old friend who we haven’t seen in eons - we’re meeting with him and his wife and another couple when we go to FL, so we’re trying to work out the details. It’ll be fun to see him after all these years. Other than that, just another day in paradise. 😃 ---

> [@FairyChatMom](#): > > What a night! My feet were like ice and I could NOT warm up!! I finally resorted to pulling the afghan under the covers and wrapping it around my feet and legs. Even at that, I probably didn’t get 5 good hours of sleep. Oh well, I’m up now, and mostly fed. What you need is a heated mattress pad. One of the best investments I’ve ever made. The better ones have zones, with extra heating at the feet. ---

**bobbio** , when jello was on the allowed list pre procedure, I found the strawberry to be tolerable. Hop everything goes well for you. **nuts** , when I raised a large garden, I mucked out our neighbor’s horse stall for manure to mix with our goat and pig poo. It toned down the nitrogen content so as not to burn the plants. This month’s main musical selection was the theme from _Ghostbusters_. It was a good audience participation number. ---

I had my first colonoscopy a couple of months ago. Jello is still on the allowed list, as long as it isn’t red. Naturally, I’d already bought strawberry (red) jello. ---
