So now it seems my file has been red flagged and no title company wants to touch it. The lawyer and the mortgage broker are going to have a conference call today with another company so we will see what happens. I love living in limbo land. I wonder how long I can drag out living here for free? ---

**Swampy** from what my realtor told me my file has been flagged as a problem and no title company wants to handle it. So much bullshit I hope they fight this until there is no money left for them to fight over and then I hope they fight some more. I’m just wondering how long it can drag out. I’m not backing out unless they intend to pay me a lot of money. I need a nap. ---

Back! Got my crabber, even tho he didn’t do an end hail. I knew his boat number and he pulled right in front of where I was parked to secure the boat on the trailer. Yay! Success! On the way home, I stopped at Food Lion for some chickie tits (only $1.99/lb for boneless/skinless) then I went to WaWa and filled the car. The chickie is wrapped, bagged, and in the freezer, and I have a little time to chill. Huzzah! It’s been a good, productive day so far. Now I need to decide what we’ll have for supper. ---

\*\*Spidey \*\*- I paid $3.17, which is the cheapest I’ve seen it in some time. It could be under $3 across the river in VA - it’s always cheaper there. Lower taxes, I think. ---

\*\*FCD \*\*ran into a former coworker at the dentist’s office. Apparently he retired just in time. Bunches of people have been fired, have quit, or have been furloughed due to lack of business. The PA office apparently is having problems, too. Looks like the idiocy, bad choices, and bad employees have all led to an impending crash and burn. Glad we’re out of there… ---

Automobile gas is under three bucks a gallon here as well. Human gas remains free as ever. 😃 Steak, sallit, and cheesey bread made for a good dindin. Happy tummies all around in da cave. ---
