\*\*Spidey \*\*- the nurse made sure I understood that I wasn’t to be all girly and try to suppress my toots. Not that it would be an issue. I try to be discreet in public, but at home, I gotta be me! 😃 Not that I’m like a junior high boy about it - I just accept it as one of those things… PapaJohn made supper and I’m feeling better, mostly. Home from the Agape supper. Ok, we didn’t make it to the worship part. After 50 minutes and no movement by YP to get things started I thought, when will this end. Then at 55 minutes I heard him say to someone it’d be 15 to 20 minutes yet. OYKW and I looked at each other and said, “well, then, we won’t be here.” We were tahrd and OYKW needs to be at work around six-thirty a.m. poor thing. So we left. Ah the problems of the first world! So, I’ve taken some nitey nite sinus stuff and am about to head off to beddy bye. Nitey Nite Y’all! ---

**"Don’t" advice** Brutally tough workout planed for tonight, 10 laps, probably 2+ hrs. MP3 player is playing song’s in alphabetical order, in the D’s. As I start lap 9, I’m thinking this may be my last one as I’m fried. Just then a new song starts, _Don’t Give Up_. Okay, I’ll take that as a sign & do the tenth one. As I finish that lap, _Don’t Let It End_ comes on. :eek: Gaaaa! As I’m just about to finish my tenth & final lap, advice for all of you: \*Don’t Stand so Close to Me \* :o 😃 ---

Afternoon, all! I am at irk and slightly irked. Luckily it’s the last day before easter break and I won’t be back in the office until next Thursday. I am joining the crowd that had a sucky first marriage and it’s an experience I have no wish to repeat. Fortunately I got out at the first signs of suckiness and haven’t looked back since. 4hrs and 20mins, then I am out of here! ---

Happy Firday to me! I am off tomorrow. Vet comes out for teh Wonder Pony’s spring shots then I go to the ENT, then out to dinner. I’ve had a sinus infection apparently since January which was diagnosed last week and I finished a round of antibiotics and found some leftover Prednisone from a shingles attack so I took 2 doses of that and must confess to the PA tomorrow. I feel 80% better but I do believe I need more drugs. I won’t gross you out with a description of what’s coming out of my nose. I gave up potato chips and candy for Lent. What’s the general opinion on when Lent is officially over and I can pig out? Two people have told me it’s over tonight! ---

I was always under the impression that Lent ended on Easter. Of course, my grandmother also told us that you got weekends off in Lent, so if you gave up candy, you could still eat some on weekends. I think those were her own spoil-the-kids rules, tho. Just finished making reservations for tomorrow night. I need to learn to check the hotel’s ratings and comments before reserving. I finally got a decent one that accepts pets and that will break up our trip nicely: about 7.5 hours tomorrow, then 5.5 hours on Saturday. Not including stops, but we make short stops. Second (and last) load of laundry is in the washer. When the laundry is done and folded, I’ll make my trash-and-recycling run, followed by a dash to the pharmacy for **FCD** ’s lipitor-equivalent. Then home to vacuum and pack. It’s a good thing I like my inlaws, or I’d be getting really pissed off about now. 😃 ---

It’s my Friday too and I’m damn happy about that. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones; I’m still on my first marriage. Not that there haven’t been some rough times, but we weathered the storms together. I don’t have any plans for my weekend, other than going to MiL’s for Easter dinner. I really wish I didn’t have to; but we’ll go. There would be all sorts of butt-hurtedness if we didn’t spend the holiday with the Moms. :rolleyes: If the weather cooperates, I plan to do some yardwork tomorrow and Saturday. ---
