The Defendant submits the Court erred in denying defense counsel’s objection to the introduction of computer-generated drawings depicting alleged Victim 2 in the shower on Penn State University Campus standing on a platform, thus depicting the alleged Victim 2 as being considerably taller than the person whom Mike McQueary said he allegedly saw in the shower with the Defendant on February 1, 2001.
