I can see them arresting him for the big bunch of stuff they found, but not for having a picture of a naked boy. I have seen plenty of family photo albums with pictures of kids playing in the surf on the beach & they are naked. Or naked on a bear skin rug. They probably figured after spending time looking at this other pictures what the intention of that naked boy picture was & that took time?
Yeah, there are a few ‘naked little boy’ pictures of me stashed away in my families vast photo albums. I made a post once questioning the morality of selling pictures of your younger self to pedophiles. I can’t remember what the final consensus was, though.
