# iTunes question

I paid for and downloaded a movie in iTunes using the iPod touch’s iTunes client. (As in, paid and downloaded all on the iPod itself, no computer involved) It went to “processing” and froze. What happned, and how do I remedy it?

Also, how do I stop a download, using the iPod’s iTunes client?

Did you try [restarting](http://www.methodshop.com/gadgets/ipodsupport/restart/index.shtml) the ipod?

Not sure where it is on the ipod, but in the itunes menu on the computer in the menu there’s a check for new downloads thing that can brag any files that failed to download.
