On Friday my supervisor gave me a draft of a paper that our collaborator was writing. I read through it today, and my still in preparation paper was cited in it! Hurrah! They’re submitting the paper for peer review fairly soon, so I’ll see my name in print! It also kicks my arse into gear to finish writing my paper and submitting it. But still. Yay! I’ve been cited!!! 😃 ---

How did they cite it? As “submitted for publication,” “to be published,” or as a manuscript that’s in preparation? ---
