I've been cooking my steak wrong all these years.

We looked at one of those, but opted instead for a standard grill. One can always put a standard cast iron grill plate on top of the regular grill to heat and it works just fine. Though I prefer mine done on the grill itself, not on a plate.

There is something about the crisp bits of edge fat that is amazingly yummy to me, and it is best on a wood fired grill, with no accelerents to get it going.

This thread is giving me ideas. I have a cast iron skillet which I can put on the grill and perhaps use to make omelets and bacon on the grill so I don’t stink up the house.
