Anyways. Listen: I know ignorance of the laws of the land doesn’t make it ok to break the laws. I suppose, in the back of my mind, I was/am aware of the **No Troll calling** rule. Nevertheless, this wasn’t a premeditated act, nor was it a felonious offence. You’ve read my posts. I’m well-behaved. Yes, I have perused the rules, but they seem pretty straight-forward, and for the most part I follow 'em. I had a momentary lapse of reason which (I think) is the social equivalent of telling an off-color joke at a party. I’m not trying to wiggle out of anything - hell, I think we’ll all agree that I’m not in _that_ much trouble to begin with. I think I already said this in the Pit Thread, but it bears repeating: I’m just fascinated and amused that I managed to get myself into trouble here at the SDMB. It’s just (I think) completely out of character for me. I’m also astonished that this whole thing has garnered so much attention from the Mods (and sorry about that, btw, fwiw). There’s things about me you don’t know, **Jim**. Things you wouldn’t understand. Things you _couldn’t_ understand. Things you _shouldn’t_ understand. I’m a loner, **Jim**. A rebel. ---

Thanks and my understanding of how ATMB works, is if we stay off target for too long, \*\*Tuba \*\* will come in, and shut us down, suggesting we restart the none ATMB portion of the thread in MPSIMS or whichever Forum is most appropriate.
