Urging me to get out and vote this coming Tuesday, and to make sure when I do vote that ivote for Robert Erlich for Governer in Maryland. Fine, except for a few minor details: 1.It’s a fucking recording!!! If I’m gonna walk 1/2 through the house to answer the goddamn phone it damn well better be a real person and **not** a fucking recording. 1. I’m a Democrat and have been registered as such ever since I first registered to vote, which was back in January 1987. 2. I live in Maine which is about an 11 hour drive **North** of Maryland. 3. According to all the records I am currently a resident of the state of Maine as is my dad, whom I share an address and house with. 4. Yes, I used to live in Maryland, but that was over 3 years ago. 5. If it came down to a choice between voting for The Prince Of Darkness and Robert Erlich, I’d vote for ol’ horn-head. Robert Erlich is an asshat of the highest quality. ---

I’ve been a Republican, Independent and Democrat and **NO ONE** ever calls me. I never get to answer any of those polls either…[sub]oh well…[/sub] 😃 ---

The fact that she would rather curse God and die than vote for him is not what’s upsetting. What is pissing her off is, recorded telemarketing messages are **ILLEGAL** in Wisconsin!!! Of course, there is probably a loophole in that law that makes exceptions for recorded political ads. (I haven’t looked it up yet…I will.) Isn’t it nice that the fucks who write the laws make exceptions for themselves?:mad: ---

I’ve been getting them too, but not from anybody other than the jerk running for City Counsel. It pisses me off, because if I’m going to be bothered, can’t I at least be bothered by someone more important that the guy running for City Counsel in a really, really small city? ---

Nearly every day for the past week I’ve come home to find a voice mail waiting for me. It starts out “We’re calling with important information about Jim Gerlach…”. I always erase it at this point so I don’t know what the information is but it must be damned important for them to be so eager to contact me! :rolleyes: And every couple of days I find 2 or 3 Jim Gerlach fliers in my mailbox. I was going to vote against the guy anyway but this nonsense makes it a real pleasure!
