# I've just produced an incredibly long booger! [SDMB seems to be acting up - it posted my msg blank. Trying again…] I’ve had this miserable head cold for nearly a week. I took some medicine which seems to have a side effect of thickening my snot. This morning I awoke and blew my nose into a tissue and this green worm-like booger remained dangling an inch or so out of my nose. Upon pulling it it simultaniously stretched and released itself from my sinus cavities. I had to use two hands. The feeling while pulling that thing out of my nose was near orgasmic. Finally, I had this thing in my hands which must have been darn close to 3 feet long. I’m dead serious!! I’ve never even come close to producing something this long from my own body. My first thought was “ehww!” but my second thought was I may have set a world record. Or have I? Are there any facts and figures out there? ---

Most anti-histamenes have the pleasant side-effect of drying out your snot. Hey **OddTunes** , did you get that groovy feeling where you feel the booger being yanked out way the hell up in your sinuses? I love that. ---

Mindless Pointless **Snot** I Must Share? Speaking of mindless snot… When molten rock is still in the Earth, it’s called magma but once it’s extruded it’s called lava. Is snot only snot before it’s extruded and if so, what do you call it afterwards? ---
