None of them were prosecuted. People don’t get prosecuted unless they deliberately release classified info for profit, treasonous reasons (spying), helping a journalist, etc. Boneheaded and careless handling of classified info _never_ results in prosecution. ---

Eh, I’ll vote for her. She seems nice. And I don’t trust your source, a hack known mostly for being one of the few to jump on board the attacks on the Khan family, or his sources (retired agents not involved in the investigation–how will they revolt, exactly?), and even if every word in the piece were technically true, none of it demonstrates any wrongdoing on anyone’s part. There are people who want her to be guilty of stuff, but just because the Republican candidate is sporting enough to confess on tape to repeated sexual assault doesn’t mean you get to have your wish granted. ---

Also, it’s now illegal to do what Clinton did. At the time, it was just against State Dept. policy. I do hope that the system for marking classified emails has been improved.
