Twelve hours ago I developed a headache, a sore throat, a temperature, and began coughing up sputum. I felt achy and weak. Flu or a cold? I dosed myself with Vogel’s Ivy-Thyme Complex every half hour or so … now all the symptoms of whatever was trying to incapacitate me have completely gone.
