We had been arguing over “that truth is subjective”, you stated that “well maybe one of us is wrong” which left me an opening for a zinger (admittedly a not very funny one) and I took it. If there a new definition of compassion? JK Rowling clearly demonstrates compassion when she is able to imagine herself as young teenager who might have been caught up in the gender ideology movement. Unless compassion means something else now. ---

Here again you are conflating an assertion (“Stonewall says…”) with fact. I agree that trans rights _shouldn’t_ conflict with women’s rights. Trans rights are human rights. That is not the same thing as believing trans women are entitled to everything women are. The problem is that this is what the movement is pushing for. It’s exactly why “what prison should this penis-having pedophile who claims to be a woman go to?” is even being seriously entertained right now. ---

So I’m JKR now? Wow, let me check my bank account. By the way, my patience is limited for _emotional appeals_. I have a lot of compassion for people suffering from poor mental health and suicidal thoughts. I just don’t see what the existence of suicidal trans women has to do with any of the questions I’m asking in this thread. Because surely you’re not positing that women should open the doors to anyone who wants in lest they cause someone to kill themselves, right? This can’t possibly be your argument. ---
