Yes, apparently the ex hubby got 15 or 20 million as a settlement.
Is she’s gonna maintain this track record, she may wanna familiarize herself with a little thing called a "pre-nup.’

Ben Affleck’s own mother is perfectly entitled to be concerned about her son marrying a woman who, to all appearances, treats marriage as trivially as joining a health club. I’m sure your mother would worry about you marrying someone with a public record of extraordinarily short romances, so why isn’t Ben Affleck’s mother entitled to be worried? I’m sure Mrs. Affleck loves her son as much as any mother. Moms are like that.

She cracks me up. The only reason she’s had revolving door husbands is that she wants to have a kid. And she’s traditional enough that she feels its still wrong to have one out of wedlock.
I won’t deny her that, but it doesn’t mean much when you change spouses like socks just to try and be married to your kid’s dad.
I guarantee she will not stay married to whoever fathers her first baby. So come on ‘J-Lo’. Stop pretending that you’re as committed to marriage as you are to motherhood…

I don’t have a cite for this but I heard on the radio that she would have to wait until at least January 2003 before she could remarry because she has to be separated 6 months before she can divorce. If she did marry Ben it would be Marriage #3 for her - something that is almost becoming common anymore. Also note Elizabeth Taylor - she’s has 7 or 8 I think.

Yeah, well, she was still great in **Mi Familia** , **Selena** , **Blood and Wine** , **Out of Sight** , **The Cell** and **Angel Eyes**. She seems like a really nice person, too bad she’s flaky as hell and her music sucks.
I’m feeling very protective of Ben Affleck right about now. Sigh.

I heard on the radio that Sean “Puffy” Combs (or whatever he calls himself these days) and Ben are having a feud. Apparently, Sean objects to Ben hugging on the J-Lo in public. He says she is “Too classy a lady to be having Ben hang on her in public.”
Right.
Um…wasn’t she there too, while Ben was “hanging on her?” And…isn’t SHE the still married one?
Sorry, I am with Ben’s mom on this one.

I saw this recently about Sean “Puffy” Combs - Or is it Puff Daddy, or maybe P. Diddy, or could it be Dip Shiddy:

For a while it looked like Universal’s premiere screening of Red Dragon at the Ziegfeld would be routine stuff --a little chaotic and late starting, but nothing else. When Sean “Puff Daddy P. Diddy” Combs arrived, he wandered around the upstairs lobby and hung around at the rear of the orchestra seating making cell phone calls.
But peace was not in the cards. Evidently not happy with his assigned tickets, Diddy and friends took over seats that weren’t theirs. In fact, they had been assigned to director Brett Ratner’s grandparents, who showed up and found Combs reclining in their chairs.
Security didn’t know what to do, and all amounts of reasoning didn’t help. Once Combs is in place, he does not move. The elder Ratners were moved to a new location, and Puffy – who skipped the after party – was able to relax in his plush velour track suit.
“His sense of entitlement is unbelievable,” said a Universal publicist. But after all, he’s hosting the MTV Euro Awards next month. And the Ratners aren’t.
