Everybody knows James Bond carried a Beretta .25 until it was taken away and he was made to use the Walther PPK. In the movies. But in the books he carries others. In the couple of Bond books by John Gardner that I read, he would carry Rugers. Both Redhawks and Blackhawks were mentioned. Of course he drove a Saab in at least one of those books. ---

But at least I can add it to my list of “lists that do not reference themselves.”
