The only problem that I really have with this person is unnecessary callousness. I have no problem with someone having a vastly different way of looking at the world, and it’s usually not a problem when they express what their beliefs are. But to enter a conversation where someone hurts from losing a loved one and proclaiming that the pain experienced by that loved one will only worsen and become eternal is cruelty and malice. Having that opinion is not the problem. Expressing it though when someone is in a vulnerable state is hurtful. ---
