Now I have “Jimmy Crack Corn” running through my head. But people now have an inkling what it was like growing up in West Texas. Not only did the same ignorance that is inherent in James Otto Satan Hellion prevail, but the same extreme pride in their ignorance. ---

You cannot control the results of your words once they’re posted. It’s up to the reader whether you have walked over their feelings. Jesus, when was the last time you read a book without pop-up pictures in it? ---

Y’know this thread has been good for me in the sense that it’s made me dust off my old Bible knowledge, weak as it is. There’s a lot of good stuff in there. Too bad it was the people I couldn’t stand. Kinda threw the baby out with the bath water, but whaddya gonna do? How sad that she’s getting remedial/initial religious training from a hostile message board. What do they do at her church between opening prayer and coffee? ---
