And apple skins and seeds, and orange skins, seeds, and bitter pith. I ate one bite of the stuff and the rest got wrapped up in a napkin and discreetly stuck in the wastebasket. I understand “waste not, want not” but there’s limits for Pete’s sake. At least her juicing obsession is better than her repeated attempts at no-carb diets, which made her miserable, aggravated her gallbladder problems, and flat-out didn’t make her lose weight. ---

She gave me some juice to try and it was really good, I think it was pineapple, apple, orange, and pear. Very fresh, none of that flat flavor that bottled juice has, and lots of pulp which I like. And thank you for not making gunk bread out of the leftovers 😃 ---

Really, I would like to thank those Dopers who exhibited their near-infinite patience in this thread: **Monty** , **IvoryTowerDenizen** , and anyone else who has been calmly and civilly replying to **James Otto Sweet Heart** with minimized use of personal insults (I am pretty sure they are others). It really shows how willing some Dopers are to help other posters and offer great advice without losing their patience easily. Unfortunately, as **James Otto Sweet Heart** said, nothing is going to make her “crack”. So I think it would be best if she is left alone. By further replying to her, you are only feeding what she craves: attention. And **faithfool** , since you are the OP of this thread, if this thread doesn’t die in the near future, you may want to consider asking a moderator to close this down. ---
