So much has been speculated, I thought seeing actual footage of the exercise would be clarifying for some (regardless of how one might feel). Just a couple of notes: This here is done at Genesys Athletic Club, not HHFC; so there are a few differences. For one, I am significantly higher up here at Genesys than I was at HHFC; this is why I am lifted back to the ground instead of just dropping myself. At HHFC, when I am fully extended hanging by my arms, I’m only a few inches above the ground, making dropping myself safe and easy. I didn’t expect minds to be changed. I simply wanted minds to be formed using the right information. ---

It looks insanely dangerous - I am surprised the new gym allows it - I wouldn’t. Even if your wheels were only “a few inches” from the ground, it is also dangerous. Although I do kinda suspect your definition of “a few inches” is going to be closer to 20" than 2" ---
