Of course you apparently saw no issue with suing someone for saving your life after you attempted to kill yourself by driving drunk, so I suspect your reasonableness meter might be a touch off. ---

That is not really fair. Yes he was drinking, but his disability came from mistakes the doctors made. Why he was there is not relevant in my opinion. We’ve all made bad decisions, especially as 20 year olds. ---

Here’s my beef, and how and why he has rubbed me the wrong way from day one: He continually posts these stories in which he admits he’s acting like an asshole, yet everyone who chimes in with “yep, you were an asshole!” is ignored, yelled at, or insulted. He will defend his own behavior beyond all reasonable limits, even though he’s already admitted that he’s being a dick. What’s the point? Why come here and start some sort of discussion about an event in your life if you’ve already made up your mind that you are 100% correct and refuse to even entertain dissenting opinions? You think you’re that great? Fine. Why do you think we care? But then, as the arguments develop, out come the minutae. Holy crap, the level of detail he expects us all to absorb and remember. I don’t even care about my OWN life that much, but boy, if you fail to remember line 37 of post 123 from thread 16 five weeks ago, then you’re screwed. Jamie - WE DON’T CARE. You’re not that interesting. You’re just kind of a dick who feels the need to share that fact far and wide. Go do it some place else. ---
