On the contrary. W is known for his lack of foreign travel before becoming Pres. Wasn’t he the POTUS who’d never had a passport? I’d encourage him to travel, see the world without the bubble & the authority, & maybe start to grasp what people really thought of him. Mind, I don’t expect him to do it. ---
