I heard predictions (only predictions) that they are almost surely recommending that the DOJ file charges, including obstruction, defrauding the US, and insurrection. Of course, the DOJ is not compelled to act but it might put political pressure on them to do so. ---

My recollection throughout these hearings is that they most usually refer to him as the former president, so ex-president is new to my ears. ---

Very happy this is being carried by all the major networks (Fox News included), PBS and CSPAN. It isn’t prime time but still this shouldl make it a bit more difficult for the deniers to get away from it. ---

Wow. They’re going there with Incitement. And it sounds like they want DOJ to look hard at members of Congress. I’m obviously reading between the lines in this speculation, but it seems clear to me. Raskin’s words are powerful. ---
