I hate seeing Pat Cipollone becoming prominent in the news because seeing his name tends to make me hungry, as in “I just had a lovely cipollone sandwich on a ciabatta bun with mustard and pickle”. Cipollone sounds like something you’d order from an Italian deli, thinly sliced, but not too much, because it’s expensive. ---
