Meeting December 21, 2020 was attended by Pence, Meadows, Giuliani. Mo Brooks organized the meeting around the premise, “only citizens can exert the necessary influence on Senators and Congressmen.” Other attendees: Br – (name I missed), Biggs, Gaetz, Gomert, Gosar, Harris, Heitz, Jordan, Perry, MTG to discuss the “Eastman theory.” ---

Because if they don’t, it seems possible that a lot of them are going to jail. They’re going to do everything - ANYthing legal or not in order to secure victory. This is a do or die moment for many of them. ---

No, they named someone else, too. It started with ‘Br,’ but it wasn’t Brooks, I don’t believe. It was a name I’m not familiar with. I’m familiar with Brooks. ---

trump kept the door to the oval open so he could hear the rally on jan 5th. the one where the people considered “too radical” to be with trump on the 6th were speaking. he really enjoyed it and had people come in to hear it. ---

Vis a Vis Flynn, I just did a quick check on grounds a pension can be “suspended.” It doesn’t look promising. Closest is, _Are reported to be, or are found to be, mentally incapable of managing their own affairs, and no guardian, trustee, or other legal representative has been appointed_ ---

The Committee is working to make the point that this was all planned (with Trump in on it), not a spontaneous event. But by emphasizing all Trump’s ad-libs in his speech, aren’t they rather blurring that message? ---
