All red-blooded men appreciate a glimpse of scanties under the skirt. Where it gets creepy with the Japanese is the obsession with schoolgirl panties. And yes, unbelievably it’s true (according to [Snopes](http://www.snopes.com/risque/kinky/panties.asp)), the Japanese do have street vending machines selling (supposedly) used schoolgirl panties. ---
