I’ve never seen the movie, but could Bruce have been focusing on the evil dudes lack of chest hair? I may be perpetuating a stereotype but I believe that is a _general_ caracteristic of Japanese/Asian men. ---

Another vote for mishearing. I think Bruce was looking at the guy’s legs and noticed a coffee spill, then said, “So, you’re Java knees.” It’s the only thing that makes sense. ::eek:: ---

But that’s not the issue, the cook was trying to pass for Chinese, so the hair issue is irrelevent.
