As if the world did not have enough problems, now it seems [Japan’s US$20-billion porn industry is suffering from a shortage of men](http://www.punemirror.in/news/world/Japanese-porn-industry-hit-by-shortage-of-men/articleshow/47205992.cms). There are only 70 men on hand to service the 10,000 actresses. Can’t someone give these guys some relief? If you are an unemployed male, perhaps you should start thinking of hopping that next flight to Tokyo. ---

By the way, Japanese gay porn may be having a similar problem. They seem to recruit newbies like college students to be the passive receivers of sexual attention from what seems to be a limited handful of experienced guys. Or so I’m told. ---

If Japanese porn were like US, they could solve this by hiring Korean male leads. The equivalent of “white girls crave Black studs.” Maybe not a universal equation, since there’s no “Mick on Brit,” “Palestinian pounds her Gaza Strip,” “Minneapolis co-eds who crave St Paul cock” etc. ---
