Rape is wrong, not just wrong unless it’s someone so horrible that you think they deserve it. Yes, we all occasionally have thoughts like this, but most of us understand they are just our emotions getting carried away, and don’t actually think such a heinous comment is one to continue to hold, let alone share. Hell, I was already considering pitting the OP for this. The only reason I don’t is that I swore off starting Pit threads because I’m so lousy at getting anyone to understand my side. ---

I don’t know how long it’s been going on. Some of those girls could be 18 by now. And frankly I don’t think it’s enough because he could still walk away from this with cash in hand. Hopefully his wife takes him for anything he has left. ---

In the real world, prison rape is an actual problem that no one takes seriously and no one makes an effort to address. And I have to think that at least part of the reason is that thousands of times a day someone in this country is making s prison rape joke or a casual comment out of frustration and most people think it’s okay to do so. So whenever I see someone wishing for extrajudicial punishment like rape or murder, especially in prison, I will call it out. Wishing rape or murder on someone in prison is the same as wishing rape or murder on anyone anywhere. ---
